QUANTITY SURVEYING - YOU CAN DEPEND ON
INITIAL PLANNING STAGE
The cost planning and value management process begins when you first contemplate building. Your ability to influence cost is highest in the early stages and we work hard to give you the confidence to make the right decisions.
We define costs, manage risk and
deliver results that add value for our clients. It’s a formula that’s been working for 30 years, See how well it will work for you.
ACCURACY - We are independent and our company is only as good as our last estimate, so we stand by and adhere to strict procedures to ensure each client receives an estimate they can be confident in. We pride ourselves in what we deliver. We offer all our clients overall accuracy on all estimates we produce.
Over the last 5 years we have kept our lead times at the same constant average of 4-5 working weeks so we can maintain the same service during those peak times and quieter times.
As your project develops from an idea into a commercial interaction with the building industry, we are there to advise on how to achieve your objectives. We know the construction industry and how best to control costs.
Having the right tools and the right people to advise you removes complexity and stress from project delivery, We are trained and experienced in removing financial surprises from the building process.
Because we are trained specifically to calculate costs on construction projects, we help homeowners protect their homes from under insurance by calculating sum insured values.
This involves visiting your home and calculating the fees, materials, landscaping and taxes that would be needed to replace everything if disaster struck. So you can feel secure that you are adequately insured.
